Well, I think I'll probably quit with the weekly updates now. Since I had been in the habit of updating on Tuesdays, with the weekly updates, I'll stick to it today. Last Saturday, Lady L was considered to be 8 weeks pregnant. I guess we were off by a few days;) Here is the 8 week info, so exciting!:
“Webbed fingers and toes are poking out from your baby's hands and feet, his eyelids practically cover his eyes, breathing tubes extend from his throat to the branches of his developing lungs, and his "tail" is just about gone. In his brain, nerve cells are branching out to connect with one another, forming primitive neural pathways.”
We will go back to the ob this Friday, and are hoping things continue to look good, with our sweet, strong, and healthy babe and Lady L. I know the above picture is a little blurry, but the white spark in the middle is the heart. He or she is still pretty tiny, only about the size of a kidney bean:)
